Devastation: Charging Mode

I didn't purposely made Devastation to transform. I think this is his other mode, where his top side becomes his front side, he have his 'wings' in front of his body like a pair of arm, his legs are flexible that his front and back legs goes opposite. The necessity of this mode where he do not have to turn his body around to fight. For example, if an enemy is behind him or he is on a wall, instead of turn his body around, he can just transform to skip rotation.
